RoutePlanner 1.6 (21.1.96)
---------------------------
A highway trip planner based on Jim Butterfield's RoadRoute.
RoutePlanner requires MUI 3.2 or later, which can be found on Aminet in:
/pub/aminet/dev/gui/mui??usr.lha
Included in this archive:
RoutePlanner - Trip planning module
RouteEdit - Database editor (still version 1.5)
RouteConv - Converts databases from RoadRoute format to RoutePlanner format
(still version 1.5)
Basic-USA.route - Map file for individuals with less than 2 MB of RAM
(Not really that useful)
NorthAmerica.route - Map file for individuals with 2 MB or more of RAM
(Now complete for 42 states and District of Columbia)
NEW STATES SINCE 1.5: IA, NE.
RoutePlanner.guide - Documentation for RoutePlanner, RouteConv and RouteEdit
Readme - This file
Readme.mui - Information about Stefan Stutz's MUI system
RoutePlanner and RouteConv are copyrighted, but freely distributable under
the conditions specified in RoutePlanner.guide.
RouteEdit is copyrighted shareware, under the conditions specified in
RoutePlanner.guide
Please note that this is an interim release. The largest ommission is
the full documentation for RouteEdit. This will follow in the 2.0 release.
(The 2.0 release will include a redesigned user interface and a smaller
database file format (with automatic conversion). 2.0 will not be released
until the United States database is completed.)
Have Fun!
